Before work begins, the scope of a project may be communicated through a proposal, invoice, email, project management system, messaging platform, consultation, or written agreement.
Only items specifically included in the agreed scope are included in the project.
Requests that fall outside the original scope may require:
- Additional hourly charges

Changes should be approved before additional work is performed.

If additional time is required due to unforeseen complexity, technical limitations, third-party systems, changing requirements, or client-requested revisions, additional charges may apply.
5. Fixed-Price Projects
Where a project is offered at a fixed price, the price applies only to the specific scope described in the proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Additional services, changes, functionality, integrations, pages, workflows, or revisions not included in the original scope may be charged separately.

Payment terms may vary depending on the project.
We may require:

- Recurring service fees
The applicable payment arrangement will be communicated before or during the engagement.
All invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.
Work may be paused if payments become overdue.
7. Deposits
Where a deposit is required, work will generally begin only after the deposit has been received.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits may be non-refundable after work has started because time, planning, implementation, and project capacity may already have been committed to the client.
8. Refund Policy
Because our services involve professional time, strategy, configuration, development, automation, and customized digital work, completed work is generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered where:
- Work has not yet started.
- A service cannot reasonably be delivered.
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds are not normally available for:
- Completed hours
- Completed milestones
